The term franchise is very wide ranging and covers a multitude of ways to buy or sell a business opportunity.
We are not selling you a business that ties you to us and limits your options for trading in your own name or selling your business on in the future.
We will not set you any sales targets and your monthly fee payable to us is not sales volume related and is not a commission of any sort - it is a fixed service that will not increase over time.
Our monthly service fee is simply a service charge for the provision of the database and computer "back end" services which run your website and enable you to update it. The website itself, including your domain name (if you registered a personal domain name), belongs to you.
